1. Eligibility:
   • The $100 birthday drink card is exclusively for the registered birthday person.
   • To claim the $100 birthday drink card, the birthday person must arrive with a minimum of three (3) accompanying guests.
2. Redemption Period:
   • This birthday offer can be redeemed anytime from two (2) weeks before to two (2) weeks after the registered birthday.
   • The birthday person must present this message to staff at the door upon arrival.
3. Free Entry:
   • Free entry is granted to the registered birthday person and one (1) additional guest.
4. Group Benefits:
   • Group members paying guest list (half-price) entry are eligible for one (1) complimentary drink on arrival.
   • Group benefits, including half-price entry and the complimentary drink, are only valid if all group members arrive together with the birthday person.
5. Entry Conditions:
   • All guests must present a valid physical form of Photo Identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport) to gain entry.
   • Spice Market reserves the right to deny entry to any individual who fails to present valid Photo ID or shows signs of intoxication.
6. Limitations:
   • The birthday holder’s guest who receives free entry is not eligible to claim the complimentary drink card
   • The $100 birthday drink card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Upgrades:
   • Booth package upgrades are available and must be arranged in advance. Additional terms may apply.
8. General:
   • Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
